Do I have to pay straight away?

Yes! Unless stated otherwise an immediate payment is required.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can. Our checkout process uses PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

Is the payment process safe?

We are using PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, it has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers.

Do you charge sales tax?

The sales tax is going to be collected from all the orders delivered to the Washington State.

Can I order items if I do not live in the USA?

Custom-made pieces are possible to order from almost any part of the world (Please fill in the order form to do so).

It is possible to order pieces presented on our website from abroad too, but delivery times and shipment rates may vary from country to country drastically. We do apologize for any inconveniences caused. Also in that case you will be responsible for any customs and duties occurred in your country.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the payment has been received you will get an email confirming your order. To make the shipment process transparent for you, we are going to send you an email at every step of it, i.e. when the order is sent to the warehouse, when the item is shipped, when the tracking information is available and when the item is delivered.

Please note, that if a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Is the shipment free?

Within the USA all the shipments are free of charge.

For other countries the shipment costs are to be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

The delivery time to US would be 3 to 5 days, to other countries it could vary. Email us, and we will tell you how long it will take us to deliver an order to your country.

If you order a piece to be made for you, it will take us around 2-3 weeks to create the piece. We promise you the best quality, so no rush!

Is it safe to order jewelry online?

We do care about every piece we ship to you, so we use only carriers with a good record. These include USPS, UPS and FedEx, and others depending on the country of destination. Should you wish to use the service of special carrier, just let us know!

If an item is lost on the way, the total cost of the item (including shipping) will be refunded.

Can I return a piece if I do not like it?

Yes, it is possible to return it and to get a refund. We create our jewelry for people to enjoy its beauty, so if you don't - simply contact us and we will send you a confirmation with a return shipping label. All you pay is the return shipping. Please do so during the first 14 days, after this time period we will consider that you like it enough for keeping.

Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with its tag attached.

Can I return a custom-made or an engraved item?

No, unfortunately not. If you order a piece to be made for you (“made-to-order” product), we would not be able to make a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience!

When will I get a refund?

As soon as the item has arrived to our warehouse it will be inspected and we will issue your credit. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your credit card provider.

Can I come to a showroom to see your pieces?

No, unfortunately we do not have a showroom at the moment.
