Can I return a piece if I do not like it?

Yes, it is possible to return it and to get a refund. We create our jewelry for people to enjoy its beauty, so if you don't - simply contact us and we will send you a confirmation with a return shipping label. All you pay is the return shipping. Please do so during the first 14 days, after this time period we will consider that you like it enough for keeping. We kindly ask you to return the jewelry in its original box, and use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.

Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with its tag attached.

Can I return a custom-made or an engraved item?

No, unfortunately not. If you order a piece to be made for you (“made-to-order” product), we would not be able to make a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience!

When will I get a refund?

As soon as the item has arrived to our warehouse it will be inspected and we will issue your credit. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your credit card provider.
